Return Policy: 15 DAY
RIGHT TO RETURN
Within 15 days of receipt of your order any item in original working condition with no visible or
otherwise wear and tear, with all of the parts and pieces including
packaging and instructions, can be returned for either :
- a refund less 20 percent restocking fee
and less the shipping charges.
or
- a full in-store credit less the
shipping charges.
NO REFUND
for installation charges
Upon receipt of the item we will
inspect and evaluate it to insure it meets our policy.
Should the return item not be in keeping with our return policy, at
our sole discretion, we will either reduce the amount of the refund
to compensate us for any damages or missing pieces, or refuse the
refund entirely, and inform you of our decision by email or
telephone.

instructions to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We do not give
authorizations over the phone.
Be sure to send your return via an
insured carrier. CellAntenna Corporation is not responsible for
lost returns.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for returns to be processed.
If you do not receive credit for your
return within the time frames shown above, please trace your return
shipment using the tracking number provided to you by the shipper when you
shipped the package. If the tracking information indicates that Cell
Antenna Corporation has received the package, please notify
. as soon as possible.
Be sure to include your order number in your message.
Returns without a Return Authorization
Number will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective

and download our RMA Form.
This must be done within 48 Hours.
Please follow the instructions.
We will promptly send you a
replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You
will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for
replacement shipments.
